ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT WITH M-SYSTEM

INTRODUCTION TO M-SYSTEM SOFTWARE

M-System is a trading account management software that Vietnam Commodity Exchange provides to investors.

Main functions of M-System

+ User function, allows users to manage their login accounts, change passwords and software interfaces, personalize...

+ Order Management function group, the "Order Management" screen will display details of orders in the trading session of the Trading Account, placing orders, canceling orders...

+ Account Management function group, showing open status, settlement status...

+ Report function group, including: Transaction report, Deposit and withdrawal history report, Customer statement report. 

PART 1: USERS

1. Login instructions

Visit the link:https://mstrading.mxv.com.vn/

User enters the provided Username/Password (the system will require the user to change the mandatory “Password” when logging in for the first time)

Next, the user needs to enter the PIN to complete the login to the system (Default PIN is 123456)

In there:

(1) – Function menu

3. System setup

a. Change password

User enters Account Information/Password:

The user enters the old password and the new password => Click “Confirm” to complete the password change. The new password will be sent to the email address in the account information section. 

b. Customize the interface

User enters Function Menu, selects:

Interface: Users can customize light interface or dark interface.

Size: Users can customize 3 system interface screen display sizes: Large, Medium, Small.

PART 2: ORDER MANAGEMENT 

User goes to Function Menu => Select Order Management/Order Management.

The “Order Management” screen will display the details of orders in the trading session of the Trading Account. Order types are divided into 4 main tabs, including: Matched Orders, Pending Orders, Canceled Orders, Other Orders.

PART 3: ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT 

1. Open status

User goes to Function Menu => Select Account Management/Open Status.

The “Open Status” screen displays details of open positions, expected profit and loss of open positions that the trading account is currently holding.

Users can click on the “>” icon to display detailed information of open positions.

2. Final settlement status

User goes to Function Menu => Select Account Management/Payment Status.

The “Closing Status” screen displays information about closing transactions during the trading account session to the user.

Users click on “>” to view details of completed transactions.

3. Account details

User goes to Function Menu => Select Account Management/Account Details.

The “Account Details” screen provides users with information about the customer's funds and account status:

– Beginning account balance

– Deposit and withdrawal during session

– Transaction fees

– Purchase Price, Selling Price

– Initial margin, available margin

– Actual profit and loss, expected profit/loss

– Net Margin Value

– Additional margin level

– Margin ratio

PART 4: REPORT

On M-System, users can export 3 types of reports:

– Transaction report

– Deposit and withdrawal history report

– Customer statement report

The system allows users to look up reports within a 30-day period (from the current date back). 

1. Transaction report

User goes to Function Menu => Select Report/Transaction Report.

User selects the time period to look up, selects the Report file format => Click “Download report” to complete the report export.

2. Deposit/Withdrawal History Report

User selects Function Menu => Select Report/Deposit and withdrawal history report.
