1. Job description:
- Review, check, compare and verify customer information.
- Track and monitor customer transactions and activities in the market and trading.
- Receive and process customer requests.
- Manage and resolve problems during the operation of the trading system.
- Provide timely warnings and reports of incidents that pose risks to the trading system and propose solutions.
- Receive feedback and cooperate with specialized units and technology partners to troubleshoot and resolve trading system issues.
2. Job requirements:
- Proficient in English communication.
- Proficient in office software: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook.
- Candidates with no experience will be trained. Priority is given to candidates with experience in the financial sector.
